This category will be available to couples over 62 years of age, those on permanent disability or retirees with part-time jobs.

This program is designed for a single family with unmarried children 25 years of age and under.

This program will be available to two families residing at different home addresses.

All existing rules and regulations will apply and occupancy, at any one time, will be limited to no more than 8 persons per site.
