Seasonal Occupants

Weary of the hassle of breaking camp at the end of the summer? Tired of the expense of storing  your trailer or RV during the winter? Why not become a Seasonal Occupant? Choose your favorite site, park your trailer, build a fence and you now have a second home.

Because your site is always ready, you will have more time to enjoy the many amenities of the Le Trianon Resort. Our programs allow some guest privileges including the ability to rent a separate site for short periods of time.

This family oriented community is the perfect opportunity for you  to strengthen family ties and create new friendships with fellow Seasonal Occupants. We sponsor several events during the season exclusively for our guests.

Enjoy full occupancy from the beginning of April through the end of October. During the months of April and October, some services are limited to the weekends. We are completely closed from the beginning of November through the end of March.

Your total cost, including water and electricity,  depends on the program you choose.. Payment are made in equal monthly installments.  Click here to view our expanded Seasonal Occupant program beginning 2006.
